SHIPPING POLICY
All orders of in stock products are dispatched same day if ordered before 3pm, any orders after this will be dispatched next working day. Free standard delivery is estimated at 2-4 days but delivery upgrades are available.

Orders are shipped using Evri. If you would like your order to be shipped using an alternative courier please contact us with your preferred courier and delivery address for a quote.

Shipping within the UK mainland is free for orders over £50. Prices for shipping on orders under £50 vary based on the size and weight of the product/s ordered and this is shown at checkout.

All orders are dispatched using a range of recycled and/or recyclable packaging to make sure your order arrives safely whilst helping to protect the environment.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted as long as we're contacted within 14 days of delivery and the item/s are returned to us within 21 days. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value unless the item/s were delivered to the customer damaged/defective.
Cancellations for custom orders are not accepted, however if you have any problems with your order don't hesitate to contact us. We don't accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalised orders unless they are delivered to the customer damaged/defective.
